This week was pretty nuts. I think wed or tues we had an earthquake at 11 in the night. I was lying on the top bed of our bunk bed with the pillow on top of my face because my comp was in the bathroom with all the lights on. When the bed started to shake back and forth for about 15 seconds, right when it stopped i looked down to see what my comp was doing. The bed shaking is normal because its about to fall apart, but for 15 seconds no. I thought my comp was being stupid or pulling a prank but he was still in the bathroom. So yeah turns out it was an earthquake. We went to look outside afterwards in the street and all the people were in the streets, it was cool... They say that earthquake was 4.0 and then later that night at 1 am there was anther one that measured in at 6.0 but i didn't know about that one until the next day. I must have been really tired, lucky i didn't fall out of bed haha. Then in the morning a bought a sweet newspaper to send home for you guys.

On thursday in the news it said that an elder in lima had been stabbed to death. All the members went crazy making up stories up about how he died defending a sister missionary. I was kind of nervous too because i know a lot of elders in lima, i wanted to know who it was and why. Turns out he was returned missionary that was doing his hometeaching, her husband was drunk and thought that his wife was cheating on him and went nuts. Thats the other news for the week.

This week was kind of crappy in the missionary sense of things, we left a lot of people that wouldn't progress, pray, get married or baptized. That stinks. it feels like a lot of work for nothing when you leave someone but hopefully they can change later. We have some new people to teach which always makes things better. We're teaching a body builder who has the only gym in the town, so yeah hes pretty famous haha. He's cool, really humble and leaving behind a lot for the gospel because he knows the change is worth it.

Hey if you got time send me a letter, i'm starting to get a little lonely down here and would love to hear from you guys
